The apparent overlap in dates between PS/TW(C) RM 1/16 & 17 (accession 6454) and PS/TW(C) RM1/24-39 in accession 7637 is caused by the introduction of a computerised system of record keeping in 1985. At this point new cases were entered onto computer and records of the proceedings of the main courts were produced as computer print-out. The sequence of ledgers containing typed and handwritten entries was kept up but only for child maintenance cases. These latter were computerised c. 1992
