(i) Thomas Kitson, citizen and mercer of London to (ii) Thomas Lucas, esq.
Declaration of mortgage of the manor of Charman, etc. [as in 2/571], with clause for redemption before Michaelmas 1524 on payment of four hundred marks by (ii), or John his son, to (i). Excepts Charmans fen., acquired by (i) from the Duke of Buckingham. If redeemed, (ii) shall repay to (i) and to the parties as in 2/571 (ii), all costs of the indenture; if not redeemed the present deed to be cancelled within two days.
Recites: Indenture of 22 July 1523; bargain and sale from (ii) to (i), of the manor and lands [as in 2/571].
