Terms of tenancy: from Priscilla Morris, widow, of Tytherington, on behalf of herself and her co-trustee of the will of Thomas Hardwicke, esq., late of Tytherington, to John Sainsbury, junior, yeoman, of Tytherington: Edward's Farm (126 acres, 2 roods and 16 perches) consisting of:- The Lots (5.1.1.); Further Conygre (5.3.9.); Farm House Yard and Garden (1.1.13.); Patch (1.0.17.); Berry's orchard (1.0.37.); Home Ground and Mill Leaze (12.2.14); Berry Field (8.2.5.); The Park (9.2.27.); Cow Leaze (13.3.18.); Park Moor (7.1.30); Park Stile and Great Brockney (11.0.13.); Great Innages (11.3.0.); Inages within the Gates (10.0.2.) Taylors Innages (13.0.36.); The Meads (4.2.29.); Half the Brook (26 perches); The Meads (8.2.27.); Half the Brook (32 perches); also several closes of the Grange farm (63 acres, 25 perches), consisting of:- Lippetts or Lippeatts Furlong (7.3.29.); Stiches Ground and Wood Ground (12.3.12); Great Stidfield (14.3.20); Stowhill orchard (5.2.29): Barton and cow shed (1 rood); Ferney Ground (6.1.39); Lords Close (6.1.0.); The Close (7.2.37.); Paddock (1r. 33p.); stable, barn and yard (2r. 26p.); also several closes being the other part of Grange Farm, 9 acres 33 perches, being:- Lower Conygre (2.2.25.); Upper Conygre (5.0.3.); Greens Close (1.2.5.): all in Tytherington.

(Appended to above): Paper relating to a lease between Priscilla Morris and John Sainsbury of 1 May 1855.
