Court understood that Roger Calwa claimed to have military service from the lord, and for that cause he daily pesters and annoys William Toma Perowe, lord's tenant at Bodenvyan for that service, where no such service has been seen previously, such that William is ready to surrender his tenure unless they have peace.

c17. Defaults include John Arundell Talfern, esquire. Heriot (1 sheep) from death Joan Soer, who held nothing of the lord but who died at the lord's tenement of Penpoll.
