Thomas Lloyd of Osbaston in the parish of Kinnerley gentleman is bound to John Finchett Maddock in the sum of £16,000 for the sum of £8,000 which is to be repaid at the rate of 5% on the 29th March next ensuing, which said sum is the same as is also secured by a certain indenture of the same date between James Davies of Ludlow. Walter Wall of Kenwick, William Jeffreys and John Asterley.
