Lease from Arthur Gregorye of Styvechall, esq. and Jane his wife, to John Dunton of Baggyngton, husbandman, for 20 pounds paid by the said John by way of five years rent, of two yard lands of arable lands in the town fields of Styvechall with common of pasture in the wastes, cornfields and meadows of Styvechall at all times when the said lands lie open; also a yard land of arable land in Fynham, in the Marden Feilde; all of which property is now in the tenure of the said Arthur; but reserving to the said Arthur the first crops of two meadows called Muchemedowe in Styvechall and Alderson meadowe in Fynham;
To hold the same from Michaelmas last for 5 years, rendering annually suit of court at Lady Day and Michaelmas and also two strikes of rye at the same terms.
