Stringers' decree against Reynolds, 21 November 6 George I (1719)
Copy order to produce all books and papers relating to the sale of the wood, that an account may be taken; the deft John Reynolds to deliver possession of the estate to the plts and in case it shall appear that he is overpaid, he shall pay any overplus to the plts towards satisfaction of what is due to them for their portions and interest, the Master to compute what is due to each according to the articles of agreement, with interest from the time each attained the age of 21; on the full portions and interest being paid, the plts shall redeliver the estate to the deft Thomas Reynolds, but in default of payment they are to hold the estate until satisfied The deft Stringer is bound by this unless he show cause to the contrary but before he is admitted to show cause, he is to pay the plts their costs for his default in attendance, to be taxed by the master,
