(3) pp. 5-113, Draft Despatch on ''Recent Changes in Native Education,'' submitted by the Chairman and Deputy Chairman to the Board of Control on 5th Oct. 1836, but subsequently withdrawn. The volume belonged to J. S. Mill, but the authorship of the Draft is unknown.
