1. Nicholas Scott of Moretonhampstead, yeoman and Margaret his wife

2. John Browne of Moretonhampstead, clothier and Robert Browne his wife

3. William Browne son of John Browne and Jane Scott daughter of Nicholas Scott

Premises: one messuage, cottage or tenement with the out-house at the higher end of the court, in the possession of John King physician, together with the wester part of the garden, one messuage, cottage or tenement in the possession of George Taylor, one messuage, cottage or tenement in the possession of Christopher Soper and one messuage, cottage or tenement in the possession of John Hunt, all in the borough of Moretonhampstead and part of the messuages and premises which Nicholas Scott bought from Joseph (sic) Belworthy
