Lever Brothers Limited Memorandum between Mr McLean, Port Sunlight and Mr L.V. Fildes, Lever House regarding the remaining three-fourths of the allowance in lieu of dividend on Preferential Certificates. Mr McLean mentions that this payment was made after the Annual meeting last year. Mr Fildes confirms that Mr McLean can fix the date to suit his department and inform the Treasurer's Department. A specimen letter to be sent out with the payment cheques is attached. 22 March 1929 and 23 March 1929
