(i) Thomas Lucas, esq. to (ii) John Aleyn, citizen and Alderman of London.
Indenture
Manor called Charmans: declaration of delivery of deeds, for security of performance of covenants, to (ii) for the use of Thomas Kitson, to be kept by (ii) until Michaelmas next, for return to (i) on performance of covenants between (i) and Thos. Kitson (one part of the indenture of covenants being with (ii) and the other with John Baker, gent., an Under-Sheriff of the City of London), the indentures being:-
1. Between (i) and William Child. 2. Feoffment by W. Childe with Wm. Tassell and Thos. Powle to Thomas Lucas and others. 3. Fine levied by Wm. Child and Margaret his wife to Thos. Lucas and others. 4. Release by Wm. Child to T. Lucas and others. 5. 2/570. 6. Fine levied by John Charman son and heir of Wm. Charman, to Rich. Maughfeld, Ralph Waller and others. 7. 449/2/564? 8. 449/2/565?
