Charles Naylor, formerly of James St., Covent Garden, co. Middx., wine merchant, now of Sheffield, merchant, and Joshua Gregory, of Sheffield, cutler, executors and devisees in trust under the will of John Higgs Hawksworth (will, 7 December 1808; decd. 17 February 1809), with the assent of the Trustees, to John Sampson, of Helaby, co. Yorks., maltster and farmer, the surviving executor of Edward Allison (will, 29 January 1813; decd. 13 February 1813). The premises of TT/78/1, being now 194sq.yds. land in Balm Green or Fargate, with a messuage and brewhouse thereon known by the sign of the Well Kun Dimple, late in the occupation of Sarah Potter and then John Higgs Hawksworth, and 2 other messuages thereon in the occupation of Benjamin Parkin and Sergeant Pryor. In consideration of £40 10s.7d., being the final part of the principal and interest due under TT/78/6. For Sampson to hold in trust to the uses specified in Allisons will.
