Further charges from Thomas Cookes, late of Billesley, and now of Aston Cantlow, yeoman, to John Green of Ilmington, gentleman, (reciting no. 125, and that on 20 February 1741/42 Thomas Cookes had sold the tithes described in no. 125 to William Medes and with the purchase money paid off the interest and some of the capital owing to John Green under the recited mortgage, but that he now has occasion for a further loan) on the premises described in no. 125, excepting the tithes, to secure an additional £63, making altogether £500 due to the said John Green.
