Testator : George Smith, late of Morvelld [Morville], co. Salop.
To Elizabeth, his wife : £10 p.a. for life if she remain a widow; but if his son, John Smith, refuses to enter into a bond to his wife in £200 for securing payment of £10 annuity, she is to have the full annuity of £30.
Probate granted to Richard Smith, son of testator and one of executors named in will.
