(i) The Revd. Darell Stephens, Trewornan, clerk. Hen. Darell Stephens, New College, University of Oxford, esq., his eldest son and heir. (By virtue of L. & R. of 17 and 18 Nov. 1824 (a) = Revd. D. S. (b) = H. D. Stephens (c) Geo. Hundleby, London, gent (d) Hen. Wodecombe, Plymouth, gent. and Common Recovery of Michaelmas Term 1824).
(ii) Christopher Brickwood, St. Minver, labourer.
- - waste spot of land, part of Peter's Tredrissick, Tredrissick, lying east of road 72' long x 46' broad (Lives: (ii) (28), Mary Brickwood, his wife (27), their son Richard Brickwood (4), (ii) to pay rates, taxes, tithes. Within 2 years (ii) to build a good cothouse on the premises. Re-entry after arrears of 20 days in default of distress; or decay to value of £2 not repaired after notice of 3 months; or for waste committed or for non-performance of covenants; or inability of (ii) to prove existence of lives).
