Lady Cecilia was the daughter of Lady Carlisle and wife of Mr Charles Roberts MP. Asks her to send her any names of Liberals she knows in the writer's district. The monogram as letterhead was by her father for her mother. Suggests Mrs Harvey should be president in place of Lady Somerset. Undated (but letter refers to the vacant Yorkshire Presidency from which Lady Henry Somerset resigned some time in 1903).
