SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:
To effect sale of part of the freehold estates late of James Duberly, esq. deceased and applying the monies to trusts of the marriage settlement of his 5 daughters
Contains schedule of lands which consists of 12 acre farm, a messuage and farm, a messuage and farm inclosed lands, 2 messuages, 2 inclosed grounds, a cottage and close, Cuckoo Orchard, pasture land, cottage and close, coppices and wood ground - all in Ensham, messuage and farm called Swanhill in Hayley, capital messuage called Dingestow Court, messuage and farm called Dingestow Court Farm, a meadow, messuage and farm called Old House Farm in Dingestow, several messuages and farms called Coedyvedow, Tom George, Tyrharry and Pennyclawd with cottages belonging in Dingestow, Pennyclawd, Langoven and Lanishen, a messuage and farm called Lower Tallyvan and a messuage and farm called Upper Tallyvan in Pennyclawd and Dingestow, a messuage and farm called Trevaldee - in Cumcarvon and Pennyclawd, a messuage and farm called The Bourn Farm in Mitchell Troy and Cumcarvon, a farm called Poolymishkin Farm and 2 fields in Langoven and a messuage and farm called The Tonn Farm in Llanvaply and coppices and woodland in the aforesaid parishes and places in County of Monmouth - and in Middlesex ¾ a messuage or tenement in Isleworth and a messuage or tenement at Pinner.
