Description: (a) The Rev. William Kinleside, rector of Angmering; (b) Frances Gratwicke of Angmering, spinster, only child of William Gratwicke of Ham in Angmering, esq.; (c) Andrews Harrison of Wigmore, co. Kent, esq.; and John Harrison of Shawfield Place, co. Kent, esq. (a) is entitled to £1,000 South Sea Annuities expectant on the death of Sarah Jukes of Paddington [co. Middx.], spinster, under the will, 16 Sept. 1774, of Thomas Jukes, late of Coombe, co. Glos., esq., dec'd., which sum is now standing in the names of (c), upon trust; (a) will be entitled to a further £4,500 under the said will, if he survives the said Sarah Jukes; (c) are to stand possessed of the above sums, upon trust, immediately after the decease of the said Sarah.
