Conveyance by Michael Goodrich, of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, to Samuel Morris, of North Littleton, co. Worc., yeoman, of part of a messuage etc. late Thomas Maides, in Sheep Street, in the tenure of Michael Goodrich or his tenant Charles Ingraham, being part of the Manor House and lying south east of the entry of the same, with all the ground the breadth of the said house in the street and in the yard, and with free passage through the yard 'which they have called Izod yard', etc., to hold in settlement for a jointure to Sarah wife of Michael Goodrich, with remainder to their heirs in tail.
Signed, with seal.
Endorsed with a note of an agreement by Samuel Morris for the payment after his death to Michael Goodrich of £5 and an equal share of his household goods.
Witnesses: John Burman, Erasmus Banbury.
