Agenda papers including, amongst other things:

- refusal of local Sub-Controller to recognise any First Aid Post set up in Houghton Regis;

- communications from Ministry of Home Security regarding: further equipment for Rescue Parties; paid leave for volunteers sick or injured; cost of Living Bonus for Local Authority Staffs; rates of pay for whole time volunteers; regulations under Civil Defence Act 1939; Air Raid Precautions Training Bulletin No.1; air raid shelters in specified and unspecified areas; Air Raid Precautions Equipment Bulletin No.9; medical treatment for volunteers injured on duty; supply of petrol for units of American Ambulance (Great Britain) Fleet;
