Description

Letter of Matthew Norris of the Lodge at the Swan Inn, Dover, to Robert Leslie, Grand Secretary, stating that after a ballot was taken 19 members were in favour of giving up the warrant so the warrant will be returned to Grand Lodge on St. John's Day next, the 24 of June. Gives details on why the warrant is to be given up and also states that some members would like to take it up again in due course.
