Cambridge, spinster: (i) a messuage with all buildings, stables belonging and all arable, pasture and meadow appertaining to the said messuage lying in DULLINGHAM, co. Cambridge in a place called Dullingham Lay lately in the tenure of William Morley (ii) all the wood and woodground containing 4 acres belonging to the said messuage: to be held from the feast of St. Michael the Archangel last past for a term of 6 years at a yearly rent of £80 payable in equal portions at the feasts of St. Michael and the Annunciation of B.V.M.
