This series contains the minutes of the Southwark Diocesan Association of Readers meetings. The meetings were concerned with a range of issues relating to the roles of readers and the distinction between parochial and diocesan readers which was not always clear. Arrangements for various celebrations were discussed as were issues such as uniforms for readers to distinguish them from the congregation and clergy and the nomination of readers for posts
