Surrender by Elizabeth Cooke then or late of Studley, co. Warwick, widow and administratrix of William Cooke late of the same, miller, deceased, to Robert Knight of Barrells House, same co., esq., reciting DR 36/44 above of her interest in the lease thereby granted of a messuage, water corn mill and lands in Studley, in consideration of one guinea a week to be paid to the said Elizabeth Cooke until 25 March 1814.
