CH/CN/V/i/4 and that the testator d. 20 Dec. 1852 and the will was proved on 11 Jan. last. Now, in consideration of £100 paid to 1. by 2., they convey to her and her heirs: Messuage in New St. Chipping Norton, formerly held by Edward Koyte, tinker, then by Moses Brooke, and Hannah Widows, then by Joseph Higgins and William Hood, then by Robert Hall and now by William Norgrove.
