Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Sir Francis Lyttelton Holyoake Goodricke of Studley Castle, co. Warwick, baronet, with the consent of William Hall of Whitfield Hall near Hexham, co. Northumberland, esq., and William Abbott of Warnford. Park, co. Hants., esq., as mortgagees of an estate lately purchased by Sir Francis of the trustees under the will of Henrietta Chambers, deceased, to Robert Knight of Barrells and of Grosvenor Square, co. Middx., esq., and Robert Hugh Wilson Ingram of Denmark Hill, co. Surrey, esq., his nominal trustee in consideration of £800 of a piece of land adjoining the Priory Farm in Studley.
