Humffrey Cadwalader of Llauvair [Llaufair], co. Mtg. gent., and Florence, his wife; and David ap Evan ap Edward of Kilkwchwen [Cilcochwyn], co. Mtg., gent.
(ii) John Fraunces jun. of Tregynon, co. Mtg., gent.
(i) in performance of covenants in indenture of 3 May 6 Chas. I, to levy fine on same day to (ii) of messuage and appurts. called Tythin yn yr hafod Talog; newly erected messuage where William Moris, tailor lives; messuages and appurts. (named) where Oliver ap William lives, in townships of Pullan [Pwllan], Llanvechan [Llanfechan] and Aberhaley co. Mtg., by name of 4 messuages, 2 barns, 4 gardens, 2 orchards, 40 ac. land, 20 ac. meadow, 30 ac. pasture, 10 ac. wood, 10 ac. furze and heath, and appurts. in Pullan [Pwllan], Llanvechan [Llanfechan] and Aberhaley [Aberhale?], co. Mtg.
