Annual statements and copies of statements of payments and receipts, relating to Baker, Billing and Crow's Charity School, 1845-46, 1852-54, 1855-58, 1862-63, 1879-80.
ff.1,2. July 1846. Receipts of rents for the year, from estates of Baker, Billing and Crow's Charity. Payments, re the charity school; wages of masters, bills of the carpenter, plasterer, and glazier, premiums paid out on apprenticing pupils, bills for the shoemaker and laundress, accountants wages.
ff.3,4. 30 June 1853. Receipts for the year from the estates of Baker's, Billing's and Crow's Charities, and a years rent of the Cow Lane School House, with balance in hand. Expenditure, apprentices premiums, years subscription to the school of art, salaries of the school and drilling masters, books and stationery, repairs to premises, coal for house and school, taxes, 6d. each to 69 boys, and accountants salary.

ff.15,16. 30 June 1863. Receipts from Baker, Billing and Crow's Charity, balance in hand, dividends, property tax rebate, money received for the year, re exchanges of land with executors of C. Dresser Expenditure; re apprenticeship premiums, masters' salaries, stationery, cost of dinner to celebrate the Prince of Wales wedding; payment of property tax on Railway stock cost of sending 49 boys to an exhibition, bank commission, cost, re exchange of land with J. Gulson. Gratuity to the widow of Mr. Clark school master.
ff.17,18,19,20. 30 June 1880. Receipts for year from property owned by Baker, Billing and Crow's Charity, giving names of tenants, with expenses, re land tax and bills of repairs. Receipts from all property of the charities lands, giving name of tenant and dividends on stocks and shares and bank interest. Expenditure, re the charity school; gas, the masters' salary, coal subscriptions to the College of Art, apprenticeship premiums, books and clothing for the pupils and monies paid to the charity commissioners for investment.
