[The following entry is deleted; spelling as original.]

'This Court having taken into consideration the many terrible consequences of the late Riots comitted within this County, and also a Memorial of the principall Owners or growers of Corn near Padstow and other places within the said County presented at this Sessions, undertaking to supply the Miners at all times with any of Quantity of Corn at a reasonable price, provided that they may at Liberty of Shipping to other Counteys within this Kingdom the overplus, think proper in order to suppress such Disorders for the future to publish that the buying of any Quantity of Corn for shipping Coastways, is lawfull according to the late Act of Parliamt and that such Encouragemt and assistance will be given to the memorialists as may be necessary for protecting and preserving them from Violence.' [See QS/1/3/475, which obviously was intended to replace this deleted entry.]

'This Court having taken into consn the many unhappy riots lately committed within this County it is ordered that all Costs Charges and Expences attending the prosecution of such rioters be paid and defrayed by the Vice Trear of this County out of the County Stock -- and as an Encouragemt for apprehending Edward Dunstone now or late of Perranarworthall, a person suspected to be concerned as a principal promoter of the said riots or some of them It is ordered by this Court that a reward of Twenty pounds be paid to such Person or persons as shall apprehend him out of the said County Stock on his conviction.'
