Two Latin sermons preached before the fellows of Sion College. On the annual Sion College sermons see E. H. Pearce, 'Sion College and Library' (Cambridge, 1913), pp. 169-179. ff. i, 1-18. Sermon on 1 Timothy 4: 16, preached by George Gaskin at St. Alphage London Wall on 29 April 1806. George Gaskin (1751-1829) was rector of St. Benet Gracechurch, London, and Secretary of S.P.C.K. He was President of Sion College in 1805. ff. 19r-38r. Sermon on 2 Timothy 3:14, preached by William Parker in 1826. William Parker (1777-1843) was Rector of St. Ethelburga, London, and Secretary of S.P.C.K. He was President of Sion College in 1825. ff. 39-40. Blank.

- Both sermons presented to Sion College by John Medows Rodwell (1808-1900), Rector of St. Ethelburga, London, in 1855. Rodwell was a son-in-law of William Parker. Transferred from Sion College to Lambeth Palace Library, 1996.
