Papers of the Revd. Charles Simeon (1759-1836), evangelical divine and one of the founders of the Church Missionary Society:

Diary of Charles Simeon kept intermittently, 28 September 1829 - 13 January 1832 (ff.1-24v).

Letters from Simeon to (ff. 25-47v.) his nephew Sir Richard Godin Simeon, 2nd Bart., and (ff. 27, 48-60v.) to Lady Louise Edith Simeon, wife of the latter, 1833-6 (ff.25-60v).

Letter from the same to Matthew Morris Preston, Vicar of Cheshunt, 13 January 1829 (f.62).

Letter from the same to [Nathaniel George] Woodroffe, [Vicar of Somerford Keynes], 29 October 1830 (f.64).

Sermon by Simeon, 11 May 1826 (ff.66-67v).
