(1) Francis Michell of Truro, exor. of Francis Cock of Penzance, gent.,
(2) Thos. Roberts of St. Levan, gent., to (3) Mary Marrack Dart of Penzance, wid.
(2)'s father Thos. R. was indebted to Francis Cock for £250 by bond, title deeds to moiety of Chivarton in St. Buryan and Great Sawna field and gdn. in St. Levan being handed over as security.
Money now due to (1); paid off by (3).
