Description

PARTIES:

1. John Weyland of Woodeaton, Oxford, esq. (devisee in fee of the lands etc. in the will of Sir Charles Nourse late of City of Oxford, kt. deced).

2. James Duberly of Ensham Hall, Oxford, esq.

3. Charles Tirrel Morgan of Fairford, Glos. esq.

4. James Morrell of City of Oxford, esq.

SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:

Premises as cat. no. Blake/V/9.

In consideration of £720 paid by 2. to 1. and 10/- paid by 3. to 1.

1. at the direction of 2. releases the premises to 2. and 3 and the heirs and assigns of 2. to the use of 2. his heirs and assigns for ever, as to the estate of 3. in trust for 2. his heirs and assigns for ever.

Recites that 4. was the purchaser of other estate of said Charles Nourse deced. at Norspath and by his will devised to 1. and the deeds relating to this premises jointly with the estate at Horspath are in 4's custody.

4. covenants with 2. for the production when required of lease and release of 22 and 23 Jan. 1750 (1750/1).

CONSIDERATION:

£720 by 2. to 1. and 10/- by 3. to 1.
