Lease in consideration of surrender of a lease (dated 11 January 1711) from John Leigh of North Court, esq. father of (1) to Robert Tribbeck of Shorwell, husbandman, now deceased, to hold the same on own life, Frances Potter his sister and Robert, son of Henry Tribbick (then aged 12), now party to this deed, (2), of one tenement or dwelling house, being part of and belonging to manor of North Shorwell, parish of Shorwell, and now in occupation of (2), on lives of (2) (now aged 53), Jane Tribbick his wife (aged 37), and Jane their daughter (aged 12)
