Recital of indentures of 24 and 25 March 1808 (S.R.O.1267/18-19)
Henry Warter died 20 January last. By will of 8 November 1819 he appointed Thomas Harries and Henry Diggory Warter executors, and they proved the will with a codicil PCC 26 February last.
Consideration £800 paid to the executors by Ore and Wilmot.
