Description

Following a phone call from Sybil which she could not hear very well. Says that she has just finished lunch “sausage & mash, the usual on Saturdays” and concerned about Sybil’s attack of bronchitis. Commenting on the bitter cold and looking forward to the spring and a possible visit from her daughter. Thanking her for the chickens sent for Christmas meals. Urges Sybil to write soon.
