From: Thomas Goldstone, III, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory; the convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory To: James Godarde of Fairfield parish 6 pieces of land containing 15 acres in Fairfield parish. Lying with the lands of Robert Cotman and the priory's land to east, the priory's lands to south, the king's highway and the lands of John Baker which he holds by the right of Alice, his wife, to west, and the common way to north. For a term of 99 years for an annual payment of 30s. Rights of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Priory's part of indenture. Counterpart to DCc-ChAnt/F/33. Given at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. Endorsements in contemporary hand.
