Description

Has has a conference at which Messrs Pears and Potter were present. (Pears is Cooper's partner in Cooper Brothers.) Also present were Greenhalgh, McDowell, Inglis, Fildes and Leverhulme. Questions raised on the Balance Sheet and the profits made in 1922 made in trade by the parent and Associated Companies after deducting Debenture Interest. Losses made in West Africa and Planters not taken into account, but loses made by other companies have been noted. March 9 1923
