1) Timothy Seymour, mercer, of Shrewsbury.

2) Thomas Gosnell, grocer, of Shrewsbury.

In consideration of 5/- to T.S. from T.G., Seymour bargains and sells the capital messuage in Up Rossall alias the Isle of Rossall now or late in the possession of Seymour; the messuage of T.S. in Up Rossall alias the Isle of Rossall now or late in the possession of Edward Edwards, with all building and lands belonging, and all other property of T.S. in Up Rossall. To hold to Gosnell for 6 months at a peppercorn rent, so that he may be able to accept a release of the premises.
