Assignment in trust to attend the inheritance (1) John Bernard of Salisbury, aopthecary, (2) John Pride of Sherborne, Dorset, mercer, and Elizabeth, his wife, formerly Gillingham, (3) Abraham Shephard of Great Bedwyn, gent., (4) John Shephard of Salisbury, timber merchant.

Freehold land called Radnams, Wixendown, the Drove and the Down (100a.) in Shalbourne.

Consideration, £516 to (1) from (3) (part of purchase money). Premises to (4) for rest of 500 year term in trust for (3) to attend the fee simple and inheritance.
