of Marian Cheney, widow, of Somerton. Property: All my interest in Gibbs Farm, Chipping Norton, now occupied by Thomas Gibbs, to my brother John Watson and to my nephew John Martin Watson as tenants in common. If my brother dies without issue, then his moiety shall go to my nephew Thomas Watson. All my interest in the estate at Purton or Puriton Wilts, to my sister Mary Watson, for life, then to my niece Mary Dew for life, then to my nephew Jacob Watson and his heirs. To my sister, Mary Watson, all my interest in estate at North Aston now occupied by William Swetman or Job Swetman, for her life, then to my two nephews, John Martin and Thomas Watson as tenants in common subject to annuity of £5 to my niece Mary Dew from Lady Day after my death; she shall have right of distress if annuity is not paid within 14 days. All my interest in estate at Chipping Norton, consisting of messuage occupied by Thomas Mackerness apothecary, to my sister Mary Watson for life, then to my niece Mary Dew and her heirs. To nephew, John Martin Watson, all my interest in another messuage in New St, Chipping Norton, now occupied by James Radburn Barber and his heirs for ever. To nephew Thomas Watson, my interest in another messuage in Chipping Norton called Jees House, and in close and lands in Chipping Norton, belonging to the messuage. To brother, John Watson, clock in the hall at his house and all the furniture in the room over the hall; and the household goods in the house where I live, to niece Mary Dew. All other household goods not disposed of, to sister Mary Watson and nephew John Martin Watson equally. All linen to sister Mary Watson and niece Mary Dew. Residuary estate to sister Mary Watson and nephew John Martin Watson whom I appoint executrix and executor.
