Indenture of covenant concerning work in the eight chambers in the manor of Grete Chesterford, for the making of shutters, furnishings [etc.], Newman to finish the work by 1 March next following and be paid £43 6s. 8d., 20 marks in hand, 10 marks at Michaelmas, 10 marks at Christmas and £26 13s. 4d. when he has finished.
