These map schedules were compiled to identify properties owned by Doncaster MBC 'which are subject to Courtesy Notices of Approach', apparently in relation to the mining activities of the National Coal Board.
They were transferred to Doncaster Archives by the Property Maintainence Service in November 1995. Item MB/PROP/2/2 was probably tranferred to Doncaster MBC on the abolition of the South Yorkshire county Council in 1986.
