Press cutting book (marked Vol.II)

Volume of press cuttings, apparently collected by Samuel Whitbread III of Southill (1830-1915), with summary of contents at front, i.e. speeches etc (pp.1-160 and 168-186), and general subjects (pp.186-198). Subject matter similar to Vol.1 (i.e. W 3937), including:

Front Note "begun at Loch Assynt, Sutherland, SCW"

And "some things added 1910" [listed at front]
