Mortgage from Thomas Martin Roberts of Marston Sicca farmer, to William Izod of the same farmer, of a piece of land in Pebworth containing 2 acres 2 roods 18 perches in the occupation of Thomas Martin Roberts, a messuage in Pebworth late in the tenure of Charles Butler and now of Henry Lebiter (formerly one part of a messuage in the tenure of Jonathan Kilby), and another messuage in Pebworth (formerly the other part of the said messuage) late in the tenure of Charles Tinson and since of Charles Lebiter, to secure £300.
