By Mr. C.Q. Roberts as to title to lands comprised in the sale of property in ADD MSS/16,334 to Mrs. Locke-King. In 1880 judgement in Chancery, C.Q. Roberts was appointed as receiver to Ann Napper's personal, and rents and profits of real, estates. He ceased his duties 25 March 1897, when certain parts were sold, except Wey and Arun Canal Site conveyed to him 20 December 1893. All property in ADD MSS/16,334 belonged to John and Ann Napper and no claims adverse to the title have been made since their ownership, except three mortgages, 16 March 1861, 20 Jan. 1866, 1 Jan. 1873.
