Immediate source of acquisition

Accession 2001-017 (B-S14/1/1/1 formerly SMCH/8/1) transferred from Lancashire Record Office. Accession 1996-014 (B-S14/2/1-2).

Administrative / biographical background

The Pupil Teacher Centre was held at Christ Church Schools until 1905 when the Centre was moved to Stanley Road Council School. The Centre was discontinued in 1909.
