Assignment by Frances Cale, of Stratford upon Avon, widow, to John Plestoe of Marle Cleeve, in Biddeford, gent., of a lease from the Mayor, etc. of Stratford, dated 20 March 1711/2, to William Cale, late of Stratford, of a tenement in Greenhill Street alias Moore Townesend, before in the tenure of John Freeman and then in the tenure of Robert Cooke, shoemaker, for 41 years at a rent of 8 shillings; the term so assigned to be to the use of the said Frances Cale for her life, and after to be sold for the benefit of her children William, John and Thomas Cale and Elizabeth, wife of Edward Lightfoot of Stratford, turner, in equal shares.
