Parties 1a) John Allcock of Syresham, Northants, yeoman.1b) Sarah, wife of 1a 2) Louisa Mary Dew of Rye Farm, Culham, spinster, daughter of Martin Dew late of Somerton, yeoman, deceased. 3) John Wells of Chipping Norton, watchmaker. 4) Thomas Wells of Shipston upon Stour Worcs, watchmaker, trustee for 3. Property: Property: Messuage with offices, outhouses, other edifices and buildings, yard and garden and all appurtenances in New St., Chipping Norton. Consideration: £200 paid to 1a and 2 by 3 Recites that 1. are seised of the premises in fee simple. Recites that 2. attained her majority on 8 June last. 1 & 2 convey to 4 on trust for 3. Includes a covenant to levy a fine.
