Assignment of Lease for a consideration of £10 out of the accrueing income, of all Lawrence Warren's "tacke, terme & tythe" of the "Tenth cornes" of Poyngton which he had taken by "lease of Indenture" of Jane Legh' late wife of George Legh of Adlyngton dcsd for term of 11 years at 10 marks per annum payable at the parish church of Prestbur'.
